The Corinthian is twelve new homes in four three-unit buildings at the corner of Broadway and Corinthian Road: three three-bedroom homes, seven two-bedroom homes and two one-bedroom homes.

The three-bedroom homes span two levels, with an open living, dining and kitchen floor above a lower level of bedrooms. The two- and one-bedroom homes are single-level flats on the upper floors. Every home is fully electric, with heat-pump heating and cooling, and every kitchen is built around a Wolf appliance package. Front porches face the street, several homes have private decks, and eight off-street parking spaces are shared behind the buildings.

The site sits between Teele Square and Powder House Square in West Somerville, less than half a mile from Davis Square and the Red Line. Hodgkins-Curtin Park is around the corner, and the Somerville Community Path and Tufts University are close by.
